We use unique, state-of-the-art technology to make our full-baked and frozen pastries easy to use, perfectly enjoyable, and able to meet unique and higher volume demands. Quantity, quality, experience. Because we don’t just make our delicacies with expertise, we make them with love.

Our mission

Our mission is to produce premium bakery products of consistent and outstanding quality, meeting customer requirements in all respects, for the retail and HoReCa sectors.

We can only achieve this if we work with excellent ingredients: this is why we use 100% cocoa butter chocolate ingredients from the Belgian chocolate company Callebaut, Bernsdorf Dutch cocoa powder, Italian Elenka Sicilian pistachio paste and FLECHARD French lard butter.

It took the expertise and love of our colleagues and a modern plant to produce quality ingredients of consistent excellence.

The pursuit of perfection and uncompromising approach is evident from the sourcing of raw materials through every step of the bakery production process to the delivery of the finished product.

The company is constantly innovating, as this is the basis of our operations. We don’t invent, we innovate, we make better. We do not compromise on this.

The only way to achieve this is through continuous training of our colleagues, keeping in mind the needs of the domestic market and international innovations, and thus improving the plant and the knowledge of our staff.

Product storage and preparation

Biscuits

Available in 150g, 200g and 1kg packs.

Keep in a cool, dry place.

Linzers

Frozen products, available in 1kg packs, with a 3-month expiry date.

-18 degrees Celsius.

thaws in 45-60 minutes at room temperature. Do not refreeze thawed product!

Breads

Frozen product available in 0,75kg, 1kg packs, with 3 months expiry date.

-18 degrees Celsius.

depending on weight, thaws in 40-70 minutes in a preheated oven at 120°C with wrapping, or thaws in 2-4 hours at room temperature, then bakes in a preheated oven at 120°C for 5 minutes without wrapping. Do not refreeze thawed product! See product packaging for exact instructions.

Pastries

Frozen products, available with a 3 month expiry date.

-18 degrees Celsius.

depending on weight, they can be defrosted in 3-8 minutes in a preheated oven at 120 degrees C without wrapping, or 30-75 minutes to an hour at room temperature. Do not refreeze thawed product! See product packaging for exact instructions.
